Growing food and friendships in Tattenhall

Other benefits are not only those to physical health by working outside in the fresh air but the benefits to mental health from working in a calm, natural environment. The social aspects of allotment growing are many with people of all ages, cultures, races and gender mixing, communicating and co-operating. Plot holders help each other out with support, advice, gifts and exchanges of seeds, plants and produce. For the youngest members of the community the educational benefits are many.
